Argh!! CDJapan has the FFVII: Advent Children Limited Edition DVD available for pre-order, and I am SO tempted!!

According to the site: "Bonus features include a " Cloud + Fenrir" figure set, a script book (replica), a cap, a T-shirt, a key chain (serial-numbered), an extras DVD, and a PlayStation 2 game "Final Fantasy VII INTERNATIONAL" (compatible only with PlayStation 2 console sold in Japan)"

I don't really care too much about the cap, t-shirt, or key chain, but the figure, script book and extras dvd sound too good to resist!! Take a look, doesn't it seem beautiful?

Only problem is it's bloody expensive!! 29500yen, which works out to roughly $350 CAD at the typical credit card rate. Currently. And what happens if the exchange rate changes for the worse by the time it's released in September?

Anyway, what I've decided is that I'll wait until my current huge CDJapan order ships (shortly after July 6) and if it's still available for preorder, I'll redeem all of frequent shopper points that I can and order it at that time. If it's already sold out, then I'll take it as a sign that it wasn't meant to be. In the meantime I've placed the order for the "limited edition package" version, which is considerably cheaper (4800yen), but only comes with special packaging and these comparatively few special features: "Final Fantasy VII Digest," FFVII AC official trailer, Compilation of Final Fantasy VII trailer.
