I finally decided to check out the Incredibles DVD today, and man, is it ever full of Easter eggs!! They're on every menu screen that has the schematic stuff running in the background (hopefully you'll be able to figure out what I mean when you see it).
What you do is watch the title bar at the top, and wait until you see a little silhouette of an omni-droid appear, and select it! For example, on the main menu screen, if you watch the left sidebar type thing, it should appear around the time when you see the car specs (that particular one is a music video style compilation of buttons and doors and explosions, I believe).
My favourite was definitely Mach Kobayashi's sock puppet version of the film. ^_^ Although, the extra scene of exactly what Dash was doing when he put the tack on his teacher's chair was pretty good too. "See, I pretend to teach. *screech* You pretend to learn. *screech*" (With the *screech* being the screech of chalk on a chalkboard.) Very amusing! ^_^
