Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children looks totally amazing! I can't believe I've been so behind on things that I didn't even hear about it until yesterday (while doing some random web surfing). Apparently it's scheduled for a UMD (or is it DVD?) release in Japan sometime this fall, presumably with a US release to follow. Anyway, it looks so awesome I'm tempted to be a keener and to order the Japanese dvd when it comes out rather than waiting for the US release (of course I'd buy that as well.)
So yes, definitely check out the Official Site, and then hit AnimeSuki for links to torrents for the fansubbed promo videos! They will blow you away, they're so gorgeous!!! I can't wait!!
Another thing I'm very interested in--after reading about UMD discs and trying to figure out exactly what they are--is the PSP! The DigitalBackSpin review made it sound SO amazing, I really want one, even though I'm not much of a gamer!! If nothing else I could certainly use it as a portable movie player! (Heresy, I know!) =P
