Online in Print

Okay, really pathetic post title, but anyway... I got the MacHall book today. It's been out for a while, apparently, but I ordered it from E.K., which orders from Diamond, so it took a bit longer. Actually, I'd completely forgotten I'd ordered the thing and was thinking about ordering it from Amazon or something. ^^;;

Anyway, my point in all this is that I really like the fact that more and more webcomics are able to put out print versions. I like to see passion and hard work acknowledged, and in a day and age where we still elevate printed works over other media, to me, that's what publishing an online comic in book form symbolizes.

Plus I'm a bit of a bibliophile, so it makes me happy to be able to have comics like MacHall and MegaTokyo put in print so I can flip through them in bed and display them on my bookshelf. ^_^
