New Online Manga

Woohoo! Been a while since I posted something even remotely anime/manga related here, huh? Anyway, I discovered a newish (I think?) webmanga today from the Wish3 site: The 10K Commotion. It's about a DDR competition! =P I really like it so far! ^_^

Anyway, in other news, I just barely managed to maintain my Dean's List standing this year! The required GPA was 3.50, and I had 3.59--down from 3.69 last year. ^^;; It's really a good thing because I probably would've been totally cut off from hockey if I'd dropped off it as I expected.

*sigh* I just hope I can maintain it for one more year. It's really going to be tough though, seeing as I'm taking three English courses, 1 history, and intro to Czech, and with the exception of Czech, I'm not particularly jazzed about any of the courses. ^^;; I only took them because they fit the schedule I wanted. I would've had a better schedule except one of the courses I hoped to take to fulfil some of my major requirements had both sections that I could've taken cancelled, so I was forced to rearrange my entire schedule, and ended up not being able to take the English courses I was actually interested in. Woah. That was an incredibly long sentence. I wonder if anyone actually understood it?

But yes, my school schedule for next year is pretty good: Monday and Wednesdays I have class from 10am-1pm, 3pm-4pm, and 5pm-7pm. Fridays I'm only in school from 10am-1pm, and Tuesdays and Wednesdays I don't have any classes! ^_^ Well, I do have classes, but not at university. I'm going to be going back to my old high school to volunteer teach, so I can gain some more in-class experience for my teacher's college application. It's something I'm actually looking forward to, since I'm going to be working with two of the teacher's I've had classes with before! ^_^
