I've been having some difficulties with my iRewards membership. See, in October I renewed my membership in-store, but for some reason my renewal never actually got registered in the system. It's not a big deal for the stores, since I can show them the receipt and the expiry date on my card for the discount, but it's a pain for online orders. So I emailed customer service about it, and they emailed me back:
