Finally disc four of Kare Kano (aka His and Her Circumstances) has arrived!! How long has it been since the third disc? I'm not totally sure, but it's felt like forever! Not quite as long as the wait between the first and second disc, I believe, though. That was at least half a year, I think. RightStuf, they really tease us poor fans. They make us wait years (2, I believe) from the time of licensing until the first disc, then they make us wait another half year for the second disc. Just when we've resigned ourselves to graduating university before finishing the series, they pop off a fast release of the third disc (about two months later, I believe) and get our hopes for a regular, reasonable release schedule up. And then they deflate those hopes again by putting off the fourth disc again! Pure evil, I tell you!
Still, at least they're doing a good job with the series. And I know that the ending is supposed to be a horrible non-ending, but that's not their fault.
Did I mention that the Hana Yori Dango first disc is due out sometime this year (I believe)? I'm really excited! I asked my usual source to preorder it for me, but now that I think about it, that might not've been the best idea. I mean, it's Viz. Knowing them they'll put out a special edition box or something, and since I already have the entire series fansubbed, I should just wait for the box release? But my beudgeting skills aren't that good. ^^;; Maybe I should double check the details. I don't think this edition is coming out with a box and first disc... Geh. What to do, what to do? I wish I could be like the people of Anime on DVD and buy both the single disc releases and the boxset!
