Well, I rediscovered Directions of Destiny when I should've been studying. ^^;; Anyway, I highly recommend it! The artwork/style reminds me of Utena, but the story has got definite traces of Kare Kano! =D As you know, I suck at reviews, but check it out anyway, because it's really good!
The creator, Hans Tseng was a runner-up in the TokyoPop Rising Stars Manga contest. Incidentally, that's how I rediscovered his site--off the Rising Stars rotating banner thing. ^_^ Very fortuitous. I think I'm going to make it a point to look for that anthology when it comes out now... Nothing I like better than to support online artists (even if the anthology isn't directly related to the creators' webcomics/sites).
Geh. I thought I was okay for studying Japanese, but I just remembered that I still haven't read all my lecture notes yet! I got rocked on the culture section last time because I didn't study my notes, so I guess I'd better go off and do that!!
Oh, and I don't know if she'd be reading this, but happy birthday Viv!! The sad thing is I remembered her birthday but I almost forgot my brother's, which was yesterday.
