The past couple of days have been unusually active, so don't forget to scroll down to read my other posts for today!
Anyway, after the Valentine's Day program at church (discussed in previous post), I went with to watch Memento at a friend's place with a few other friends.
We started watching the movie around eleven something, and didn't leave until four thirty in the morning because we were sitting and discussing the movie--frequently reviewing scenes to check our interpretations. Even though I understood the movie well enough on my own, it was great to talk it over with people. I'm not doing a good job of explaining, but it was really fun. ^_^
If you've seen the movie I'm sure you can understand why it's such a great thing to be able to think and talk through it afterwards. If you haven't seen it yet, well, I'd highly recommend that you do watch it with friends, and leave plenty of time for discussion afterwards. Memento's a really great film for making you think, evaluate and interpret.
