Well, to start the day I decided to wear a new green hooded sweatshirt that I got for Christmas. Highly unusual, considering that my wardrobe is basically all black and red, with the occasional grey or blue thrown in (usually when I'm doing laundry and have nothing else to wear).
Then I managed to stay awake through my entire Japanese history class even though the topic was Taisho democracy and left wingers. Not very interesting. Plus I had stayed up until around 2:30am preparing loh baak goh for our Chinese New Year suite event, so I was dead tired.
Finally, I came home today and cooked!! I made dan tats (again for the suite event) and helped my suitemates make dumplings, glutinous rice desserts and spring rolls. For someone who lives off of microwavable food, plus pasta on occasion, it's a very odd thing to spend a couple of hours doing nothing but cooking.
I think the only thing that would make my day even more unusual would be if I had actually starting working on one of the two history essays which I've been planning on starting since the beginning of the term! But no, that would be too weird. =P
