Y'know, I've always thought that the most important line in that song is "And since we have no place to go..." =Þ Maybe it's because I'm sick, or maybe it's because I haven't been getting enough exercise recently, but shovelling the snow (maybe two or three inches?) this morning wasn't as easy as it used to be for me. I got tired pretty quickly. ^^;;
Anyway, after we cleared the driveway my mom and I went shopping. ^_^ While there I remembered/found some more reasonably priced things to add to my Christmas wishlist, so here goes:
-cellphone holder (with holes in the bottom so I can charge my phone will it's sitting in the holder)
-LotR:TTT Legolas poster!! I see the poster displays all over the place, but they don't seem to have the Legsy poster! ::sniff:: He looks spiffy in the Rohan armor
-another Joe Sakic McFarlane figure so I can open one up!! =Þ
-McDonald hockey cards!! opened, or unopened, doesn't matter!
Um...Actually, I think that's about it. Oh, and I don't need those cheapy thin black gloves anymore since I bought a pair today. I really don't know why people would think I'm hard to buy for. ::shrug:: I mean, really, one of the best gifts that I've received so far this year was a pack of McDonald's hockey cards!
In other news, I'm still sick. Am I weird, or do other people feel pain in their lower abs when they cough? It's a short, stabbing pain which pretty much disappears once I'm done coughing. I hope I get better fast though, because I don't want to bake Christmas cookies while I'm sick. That'd be pretty ironic, doncha think? You try to give someone a nice present of cookies and end up giving them a cough/cold/flu as well!
Since I haven't talked about anime too much recently, I thought I should mention that I finally watched disc two for Kare Kano yesterday!! ^_^ It was just as awesome as the first disc! I LOVE this series! Everyone (well, maybe every shoujo fan) should definitely pick this series up! Also, I think I've decided to preorder the limited edition .hack//sign and Noir first discs with artboxes because I've heard lots of good reviews for the series. I'm still undecided on RahXephon though. I hope these sets don't start coming out until April, so I'll have my tax return to use to pay for them! ^^;;
