I wrote almost all of my Romantic Poetry and Prose essay yesterday; all I left for today was the conclusion. See, I knew that I was about a page short, so I thought I'd give it some time and hopefully I'd be able to write a lengthier conclusion today. Nope, didn't happen. I simply can't think of any way to make my essay longer than it already is, so for the first time ever, I'm going to hand in an assignment that doesn't fulfil the exact requirements. It's supposed to be 8-10 pages long, but I only managed about 7. Hopefully I won't be penalized too much for not writing enough. You'd think that in English a more concise, and hence shorter, essay would be appreciated over a longer one that doesn't actually say anything more. The latter is what I'd have if I tried to pad my essay enough to make up that extra page. So you could call it writer's integrity that I'm not making my essay any longer--that or laziness. =Þ
