I got an email from an old high school friend today, which was pretty cool. Actually, I only knew him for one year of high school, since he moved after grade nine, but we shared a common interest in anime and stuff, so I still remembered him when I saw his name under the "from" heading (which was lucky because I usually delete emails from unknown senders).
The interesting thing was that he was able to get in contact with me because he found my website on a search engine (apparently my email address was illegible when I signed his yearbook ^^;;)! I guess that's one of the better features of the internet: it makes the world a smaller place.
After checking out his site though, I almost feel ashamed enough of my own neglected and very poorly designed site to finish the revamp that I started two or three years ago. Almost. =Þ Since I started blogging, and probably even before then, I've kind of lost interest in maintaining my site(s). Still, I put a lot of work into it before, so I should at least fix it so that it looks presentable before I abandon it completely. Maybe during the Christmas break...
