Just wanted to let people know that I'm still alive and blogging! I'vr been pretty distracted lately, by school, and, well, anime. =P See, I opened a Streamload account, so I've been trying to make the most of my money by downloading as much stuff as possible, while staying within my resnet transfer limit of 750MB/week. Last week I got the first episode of Meteor Garden (not anime, but a Taiwanese drama based on the anime Hana Yori Dango) in res, and then the other two eps at home (no transfer limit, thank goodness!). This week I've been getting Kodocha.
(Edit: Originall I wrote "episode 39," which is wrong, I meant...) Episode 38 is awesome! I love it, it's so sweet! Man, I really wish some company would have the guts to license the Kodocha anime. It's definitely one of my favourite series! Not only does it have this manic energy/comedy, it's also got good plotlines, and very genuine characters, despite their weirdness. Ah! I want Kodacha dvds in English! Of course, it'd have to be an exceptionally brave company to tackle Kodocha, since it's over a hundred eps... @_@
Other than that, I should hopefully be picking up some dvds this weekend, like X TV and The End of Evangelion. Marmalade Boy is due out later this month too! Man, so much for school, ne? Maybe I can justify this all as practice for my Japanese class? I actually want to rewatch Hana Yori Dango too, after watching Meteor Garden. =P Geh. Must. Resist! Assignments are actually starting to come up, so I'd better work hard and keep up my average!! Oh, the trials of being an anime obsessed student in these times!
