I went to the mall today to return something; see, my friend mentioned buying it as a housewarming gift for some other friends but then she didn't mention that she had picked it up, so I (wrongly) assumed that she hadn't gotten around to buying it yet and bought another.
So anyway, I went to the mall to return the thing, and the saleslady was surprised that I was returning it since they were all sold out and people were looking for it. Then she mentioned that she had actually wanted another one, so it was a fortunate thing that I had brought it back, and she thanked me.
That's all there was to that story. Not particularly interesting, I know, but I just thought it was kind of amusing that I would ever actually be thanked for asking for a refund on an item! ^_~
