WOAH! For the past few hours I have been playing an incredibly addictive fish game by Flying Bear Entertainment called Insaniquarium. Basically you feed fish; the fish grow when fed; when the fish grow they drop money; you collect the money to buy upgrades for your aquarium. It's a lot more fun than it sounds, trust me.
My right arm is now quite dead from clicking the mouse (playing the game) for so long!! I found the game through the comic Real Life, so blame Greg Dean (or the guy who gave him the link) if you too get addicted! Try it out though, it's a lot of fun!! ^_^
Oh yeah, did I mention that I got my Sakic and Roy auto'd 8x10 photos a few days ago? They're wonderful! I still want that framed picture (of Joe Sakic), but at $157 CAN, I don't think that's going to happen anytime soon. Especially since I also want an authentic replica Sakic away jersey, which is around $260 CAN. Let's also not forget Photoshop 7.0, which is a whooping $1000 CAN.
*Sigh* I will ever want more than I will have money to be able to afford!! =Þ Guess that's the way it is in life. So far, my "big item" fund only has $100, so I can't even buy a single one of those big items yet! My piggy bank is also slowly accumlating loonies and toonies; it's kind of funny how many "savings" initiatives I've started for the purpose of being able to spend it all on expensive purchases! If I didn't put my school savings into a separate account, you can bet I'd have spent it all by now!! Really, it's scary when I put all of my expenditures into Excel and I can see the breakdown of my spending habits. I wonder how much I've spent on hockey in relation to how much I've spent on anime this summer?
Anyway, I'm babbling. I guess Insaniquarium has made me insane! My mind is all over the place, and I think my vision is kind of blurry still...
