Apparently there's going to be a charity blogathon sometime. I'm a bit sketchy with the details myself (check out blogathon.org for more info), but basically you're supposed to get people to sponsor you to blog for twenty four hours in half hour intervals.
Is it just me, or is that a bit crazy? It takes me long enough to write two paragraphs, so if I had to post every half hour, I'd probably only get a sentence or two in before I'd have to publish it. Plus, wouldn't your hand get pretty sore after typing all day? Oh well, practical or not, it's a nice thought: getting the bloggers to make contributions to greater society.
In other news, I'm getting my posters plaqued. It's ridiculously expensive: $28.99 per!! Of course, no one said I had to get them plaqued, but they're really nice posters (my Lord of the Rings movie poster, and my No Ordinary Joe, Joe Sakic poster) and I wanted to keep them in good condition, so... Now I just have to convince my dad to hang them up in my room once they're done on Monday!
